Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
The 2023 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of LegalZoom.com, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on June 6, 2023. The final results of voting for each matter submitted to a vote of stockholders at the Annual Meeting are set forth below.
Proposal 1 – The one nominee named in the proxy statement was elected as a Class II director to serve for a three-year term and until her successor has been duly elected and qualified, or until her earlier death, resignation, removal, retirement or disqualification as set forth below:

Based on consideration of the results of the advisory vote on the frequency of future advisory votes on executive compensation, the Company’s Board of Directors determined that the Company will hold an advisory vote on executive compensation every one year until the next required vote on the frequency of such votes.
