Jeff Stibel

Chief Executive Officer

Jeffrey Stibel has served as our Chief Executive Officer since July 2024, as a member of our board of directors since October 2014 and Chairman since October 2018. Mr. Stibel has been a partner of Bryant Stibel & Company, an investment and strategic advisory platform, since January 2013. Mr. Stibel also serves as a member of the board of directors of a number of privately held companies and non-profit entities. He is also a USA Today columnist and author of The New York Times bestseller Breakpoint (Macmillan: 2013) and Wired for Thought (Harvard Business Press: 2009). Mr. Stibel served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corporation from July 2010 to July 2015, and as Vice Chairman of Dun & Bradstreet Corporation (NYSE) from July 2015 to March 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Stibel was President and Chief Executive Officer of Web.com, Inc. (Nasdaq). From December 2006 to January 2019, Mr. Stibel served as a member of the board of directors of AutoWeb, Inc. (Nasdaq). He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, philosophy, and cognitive science from Tufts University and a master’s degree in cognitive science from Brown University, where he was the recipient of a Brain and Behavior Fellowship while studying for a Ph.D. Mr. Stibel also received an honorary doctorate of business from Pepperdine University.

Noel Watson

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

Noel Watson has served as our Chief Financial Officer since November 2020. From June 2019 to November 2020, Mr. Watson served as Chief Financial Officer at TrueCar, Inc. From April 2006 to June 2019, Mr. Watson served in various roles at TripAdvisor, Inc., including as Vice President Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Watson currently serves on the Board of Directors of Affirm and previously served as member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee of Zynga Inc. Mr. Watson holds a B.S. in accounting from Bryant University.

Nicole Miller

Chief Legal Officer

Nicole Miller has served as our Chief Legal Officer since March 2024 and as our Secretary since August 2020. She previously served as our Executive Vice President and General Counsel since June 2020. She also served as our interim Chief People Officer from August 2020 to April 2021. From July 2014 to June 2020, Ms. Miller held various roles at The Honest Company, an American consumer goods company, most recently serving as General Counsel. Prior to The Honest Company, Ms. Miller practiced corporate law at the law offices of Cooley LLP and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Ms. Miller was a Senate Fellow in the California State Senate from October 2005 to September 2006. Ms. Miller has served on the governing board of Defy Ventures, Inc. since December 2021. Ms. Miller holds a B.A. in humanities from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.

Sheily Chhabria Panchal

Chief People Officer

Sheily Chhabria Panchal has served as our Chief People Officer since April 2021. From October 2019 to April 2021, Ms. Panchal served as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Activision Blizzard. Prior to that, she served as Executive Vice President of People Operations for ServiceTitan, Inc. from January 2017 to May 2019. From August 2006 to February 2016, Ms. Panchal held various leadership positions at Google, Inc., most recently serving as Director of Global Trust and Safety Operations. Ms. Panchal holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern California.

Kathy Tsitovich

Chief Corporate Development & Partnerships Officer

Kathy has served as our Chief Corporate Development & Partnerships Officer since May 2024 and previously served as our Chief Partnerships Officer from August 2020 to May 2024. Kathy joined LegalZoom in 2020 after spending more than 20 years at Intuit, most recently as Vice President of Business Development & Partnerships. In that role, she was responsible for business development, advertising sales, and ad operations for Intuit’s consumer tax and financial products and services in the U.S. and Canada, including TurboTax®, TurboTax Live, Turbo and Mint. Prior to that, she held multiple leadership roles including leading the Global Partnerships team on delivering small business partner solutions and integrations via the Intuit Developer Platform. She was also a key member of Intuit’s Corporate Strategy & Development team for mergers and acquisitions, and led the business synergy efforts of its acquisition of Credit Karma. She holds a patent for algorithm and models for creditworthiness based on financial management data and is a 2014 winner of the Scott Cook Innovation Award for her contributions to QuickBooks Capital. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Missouri.

Aaron Stibel

Chief Revenue Officer

Aaron Stibel has served as our Chief Revenue Officer since August 2024. Mr. Stibel has been a Partner of Bryant Stibel & Company, an investment and strategic advisory platform, since January 2013. In his prior operating role at Bryant Stibel & Company, Mr. Stibel specialized in recurring revenue models, where he advised portfolio CEOs and their teams and led diligence efforts. Mr. Stibel also previously served on the boards of directors of various private companies. Mr. Stibel previously held various roles at Dun & Bradstreet including General Manager and President of the Small & Medium Business division, as General Manager and President MDR Solutions, and as a divisional Chief Technology Officer. Earlier in his career, Mr. Stibel helped create DiscoverTax, a data warehousing solution purpose built for tax agencies after starting his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ management consulting practice. Mr. Stibel currently sits on the board of directors of RBmedia Global Inc. Mr. Stibel holds a B.S. in Computer Science with concentrations in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from The Johns Hopkins University.

Daniel Lysaught

Chief Marketing Officer

Daniel has served as our Chief Marketing Officer since May 2023, having previously served as our Vice President of Growth Marketing since July 2022. Prior to joining LegalZoom, Daniel served as Vice President of Growth Product & Marketing at Good Eggs, Inc., an online grocery service, from May 2021 to July 2022. From January 2015 to May 2021, Daniel held various roles at TrueCar, Inc., an Internet-based information, technology, and communication services company, serving most recently as the Vice President of Customer Acquisition from December 2019 to May 2021. Daniel holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
